Project Structure & Activities
WP1: Project Management
Project management involves the overall organization and coordination of the project's activities, ensuring that all objectives are met within the set deadlines and those resources are efficiently allocated. The progress is monitored through regular project team/coordination committee meetings (both onsite and online), progress reports, and evaluations of partial results. Risk management will be a key part of this work package, identifying potential obstacles and applying solutions to keep the project on track. The coordination committee consisting of representatives from each participating organization (Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, University of Stuttgart, Technical University Sofia, Fachhochschule Campus 02 Graz, and Gühring Cluj) holds regular meetings to assess project status, address issues arising, and adjust strategies as needed. Each partner submits semesterly progress reports detailing the activities undertaken, expenses, milestones achieved, and any challenges faced. These reports are compiled by Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and used to prepare a comprehensive report for the funding agency.
