Project Structure & Activities

WP1: Project Management

Project management involves the overall organization and coordination of the project's activities, ensuring that all objectives are met within the set deadlines and those resources are efficiently allocated. The progress is monitored through regular project team/coordination committee meetings (both onsite and online), progress reports, and evaluations of partial results. Risk management will be a key part of this work package, identifying potential obstacles and applying solutions to keep the project on track. The coordination committee consisting of representatives from each participating organization (Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, University of Stuttgart, Technical University Sofia, Fachhochschule Campus 02 Graz, and Gühring Cluj) holds regular meetings to assess project status, address issues arising, and adjust strategies as needed. Each partner submits semesterly progress reports detailing the activities undertaken, expenses, milestones achieved, and any challenges faced. These reports are compiled by Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and used to prepare a comprehensive report for the funding agency.

WP2: Development and Integration of Digital Learning Platform

This work package focuses on creating and integrating a digital platform that support the learning of the technical German language and provide digital teaching support for students and teachers. It includes designing online educational modules that are accessible and engaging, using innovative technologies to enhance student interaction and involvement. The platforms also supports the integration of interactive educational materials, enabling students and teachers to learn and collaborate more efficiently.

WP3: Intercultural Activities and Mobility. Implementing Soft Landing and Adapting Guides

This work package organizes intercultural activities that facilitate the integration of students and staff into an international environment. Intercultural workshops promotes understanding of cultural diversity and help participants develop intercultural skills. In addition, academic mobility supports intercultural exchanges between partners, and adaptation guides for Soft Landing ensure a smooth transition for participants into new educational and cultural settings. Orientation sessions ensure that students and staff are well-prepared to fully integrate into the academic environment.

WP4: Alignment of Targeted Programs' Curriculum and ECTS Calibration

This work package involves reviewing and adjusting the curricula to ensure compatibility with the ECTS system and to allow automatic recognition of study credits between partner institutions. It includes the development of an efficient ECTS recognition process to facilitate mobility and credit transfer between partner universities. The activities also include creating an integrated curriculum that adheres to best practices in technical education and meets international labor market demands.

WP5: Project Dissemination and Exploitation

This work package focuses on effectively disseminating the project's results, ensuring that the outcomes of the project reach stakeholders such as educational institutions, students, teachers and community. The activities include the development and distribution of promotional materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters, Website) and the organization of workshops and webinars to share knowledge and results.
